Duplicate Crashes when visiting neighbor on world map

Reproduction Steps
1. Click on world map
2. Click on neighbor to collect coins and supply
3. App crashed and restarts

Reproduction Steps
1. Click on notifications
2. Click on neighbor to collect coins and supply
3.Receive "Server Error" notification

This only happens with one neighbor. I was able to visit all my neighbors except one, and images of the error are shown below.

This has not happened with anyone but this neighbor, and I've had this error on both my browser and the android app repeatedly. Every time I get the server error notification and then the page reloads.
