Incomplete crafted relics don´t count for event quest

I got 5 relics from tournament and I crafted 5 relics in the aacademy, but quest counted only tournament relics.
Why the crafted relics are not counted any more like before?

@baypen I tried using Chrome 64, HTML5, Windows 10. I was not able to reproduce. We need the information players normally post on the bug report form. That form can be found here: https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/guide-to-bug-reporting.1913/
