As it is already proved that playing based on counting with/on neighbors is NOT DESIRED, one can change strategy to a 'play without neighbors, and if they wanna play with you, don't play with them' - and this strategy works well and let you rise better/faster in the global ranking than a strategy thinking on your neighbors.
If you don't play with with real money, not counting with/on neighbors might be an alternative.
Details:
- build enough 'culture buildings' to provide yourself 200% of culture
- don't support more your neighbors, the coins you will lose by doing this are less than what you will earn by providing yourself 200% of culture.
- upgrade your 'houses' - this gives you more free place, but don't forget to build 'culture buildings' to ensure yourself 200% of culture.
- upgrade your 'manu-factories' where you habe boost on them (don't have 'manu-factories' without boost)
- set nice 'offers' in the trader: about 300 (ore more) offers 1:1, and one or two offers with 1000:1000 ... all these offers are pretty fair, and nobody can complain on them, but your neighbors will hate you, what helps to complete the game idea that counting with/on neighbors is not desired,
