Not a Bug Coral overlaps with background poorly

Current situation:
Some of the event currency coral that accumulates around the city is positioned poorly such that it overlaps with some background items in a weird way. In one example the coral base appears behind a tree on the ground, while the top of the coral covers some of the canopy, giving a bit of an Escher effect. In another example the coral base is partially on the ground, and partially up some stairs, making it look like it's hovering. Both examples shown below.

Expected situation:
Coral should look like it's sitting on the ground.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Wait for coral to accumulate around city.
2. Observe coral positions as shown in the below screenshot.
