Should there be [Submit] button on this form or is it just 3 questions without any Accept/Submit button?

Hmmm i see. Someone posted there a screenshot with a submit button, but i don't have one.

Wait... there is a "hidden" vertical scrollbox in de middle part... pfff what a bad UX.

When I was on my phone I did not have - see a submit button.
When I opened the survey on the APP on my chromebook it was there.

If your answer is "excellent" it actually asks more questions in detail like what did you like about it, no idea if that was intended like that.
