Duplicate Clientside timers are faster then serverside.

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
clientside production timers are faster than serverside. When you try to gather goods that are just appeared as ready, blimp fly away without actually receiving goods. Building stuck at "production ready" state, but without icon on top of it and doesn't respond on any clicks.

Expected situation:
Client always shows accurate time left for productions and you should be able to collect goods when they are shown as ready.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start 3h production.
2. Wait until it finished without closing client.
3. Try to collect goods
4. Reload game
5. See that production actually is not ready yet.
