Cannot reproduce Clicking on a tourney province opens a player city

With no downtime, when you finish one province and click it for the next round sometimes instead of the province a nearby player city opens and not the tournament.

I've tried this and everything seems fine. Its also hard to test when you dont fill in the template so we cant reproduce your exact play setup.
Maybe you have browser zoom on and you click just slightly wrong?

I don't have browser zoom, and didn't click wrong (it happened maybe 10 times). I am on a MacbookPro, iOS Catalina 10.15.5, Chrome 83.0.4103.116 and on html5
