Current situation: Every time I return to my city from another city, or from a province, or vice versa, a glimpse of the "menu bar" that's normally at the bottom of my municipal screen flashes briefly at the top of the screen.
Expected situation: The menu bar should stay where it belongs and not flash glimpses of itself as new screens load.
Reproduction Steps
1. Go to another player's city (via the notification list or the fellowship list).
2. See a brief glimpse of the city menu bar flash at the top center of your screen before the new player's city loads.
3. Go back home.
4. See the same phenomenon.
5. Go to the global map.
6. See the same phenomenon.
Additional information: I've tried changing the city-graphics settings but that has no effect.
