Cannot reproduce Cities with no buildings and other isues

When visiting cities the buildings are not showing up, sometimes there are icons and if hovering you can tell what a building is, but other times there is nothing at all

Thank you for reporting this issue - We couldn't reproduce this issue but it may be related to your computer/internet connection. Does this happen on smaller cities as well or just on larger cities?
