Not a Bug Chat messages not send while in dialog

Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always

Current situation:
Chat window is available, while dialogs are opened. Messages are not send...

Expected situation:
Either, chat is not available, when in dialog windows, or messages get send.

This is not a bug. Once a window is opened the chat goes out of focus and it won't send your message.
