Dear Humans & Elves,
We wanted to make it easier for new players to get familiar with Elvenar and allow them progress through earlier Chapters in a smoother way. Therefore we have applied some changes to the chapter progression before Chapter VI.
These changes will also make it easier for everyone, who considers starting another world as well.
All the changes applied to Chapter II to V have been released on all markets as of the 19th of October!

We wanted to make it easier for new players to get familiar with Elvenar and allow them progress through earlier Chapters in a smoother way. Therefore we have applied some changes to the chapter progression before Chapter VI.
These changes will also make it easier for everyone, who considers starting another world as well.
All the changes applied to Chapter II to V have been released on all markets as of the 19th of October!

| World Map Encounters | Amended negotiation costs for early encounters. | The change reduces the costs for goods negotiations on the World Map. Coin and Supply costs slightly increased instead. |
| Province Expansions | Expansions unlock a bit earlier now until Chapter IV. | Expansions in Chapters II to IV unlock a bit earlier, while Chapter V ones are delayed a bit, to make a smooth transition to Chapter VI. |
| City Buildings | Building resource costs. | The resource costs for city buildings (Premium buildings included) were reduced, to match with the shorter use time of these buildings. |
| Research Technologies | Technology resource costs and flow. | The resource costs of Technologies have been reduced, to match with the fast pace of unlocking them. The Technology flow has also been changed and differs slightly between Elves and Humans: Some Technologies got moved, others where added to unlock game features. |
| Questline | Rewriting of the questline. | To give a better introduction and explanation of features, guide new players on how to build up your city in the early chapters, and to have a more consistent storyline, the Questline for Chapter II to V has been completely rewritten. |
