Not a Bug Carnival event - daily quests counting into endless questline

Carnival quests

Current situation:
Daily quests in Carnival event are counting towards endless questline (I checked it right now - the reward of 32 candies in one and the same quest increased to 33 by completing daily quest).

Expected situation:
Daily quests have their own numbering, or not counting into 6 segments of endless questline (otherwise it makes it more efficient to start completing daily quests after completing 132 main quests).

Reproduction Steps:
1. Notice how many candies offers main event quest as a reward
2. Complete daily quest (or more if necessary, not every completed quest is increasing reward, resulting from how it basically works)
3. Notice increased reward in main event quest

Can confirm getting quest from 4 segment with 20 candies as reward after doing more than 131 quests total (sum of daily and regular ones):

This probably had something to do with the preparations for the event change. Since the Carnival event is now changed completely, I'll archive this report.
