Current situation:
I cannot use a speedup on any residence. I can use speedups on other buildings

Expected situation:
Speedups work

Reproduction steps:
1. Start upgrade to level 32 on any residence
2. Click on residence
3. Click on the green button that shows the time
4. Click on any speedup (long or short, doesn't matter)
5. Error message pops up in a new mini window: Error. Sorry an internal error occurred. Please try again later.
6. Reboot Opera, try again, same result
