Not a Bug Cancelling constructions not initiated

Hi!

I started a construction (Residence) but builders can't initiate it because of the lack of streets connected to the Main Hall. Now I realized I don't have space for the streets and I want to cancel this construction. I can't!

The thing is my two builders are stuck with constructions I cannot build where I initially put them. How can I solve this?
