Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always

Current situation:
The Race portal information window appears blank, gives no information and does not let me sell or trade with it or close it

Expected situation:
__ it should be closable
__ i have to sell to complete the race mission.

This seems to be no longer reproducable, so we'll archive this thread now. The bug was valid on the time of submitting though, so we will grant the diamonds.
