Duplicate Can not remove Orc Portal Site

I can not remove Orc Portal Site. When I click it, there come some strange empty blocks around it.

Thanks for reporting @Redheat but, please, next time read bugs' guideline.
I can confirm @Dony reports about missing settlement resources and construction time, but I'm not able to reproduce non selling portal.
Have you tried clearing your cache, using a different browser o just moving portal before selling it?

I can confirm that there's a problem with selling some portals, at least in the HTML5 version of the game. Here's what happens when I click on Portal of the Elements level 4:


And here's what happens when I try to SELL that sasme portal:


It's impossible to confirm selling the portal. That might be the OP's issue.

EDIT: I switched to Flash and there I can sell the Portal just fine.

Confirmed that in HTML5 is impossible to sell portals.
