Current situation: I have only two builders. I had 2 builds in progress. One is a weeping willow and one an upgrade of the barracks. The barracks finished but my information bar at the top of the screen said that I had 2/2 builders.

I have since started 4 more builds and all are in progress.

Expected situation: I should not be able to build more than 2 buildings at one time.

Reproduction Steps

1 Keep staring builds until the builder's hut says it no longer has any builders left

2 Five builds in progress at the moment.
