Hi I'm having several difficulties:
1. Logging in sometimes I have to reload to see all my buildings.
2. Chat doesn't always work.
3. Game keeps crashing.
4. sometimes can't get a secure connection.
5. While harvesting or starting new builds the game will crash and I have to reload.
6. with the exception of missing buildings, this all started after loading Winter Magic.
