Cannot reproduce Broken Quest: "Strengthen Ties to the Earth"

I have built it, but the quest is not done. It is a little crazy because to built it again, I need more place und it takes long, to do it again.

I built it over night, so I was not online, as the building was finished.

Okay, could you please build one again and make sure you are online when it finishes? That way we can check what the cause of this issue might be!

I think it takes time, because aktually I have not the place to build it. If I have the place and the resources to built it, I built a new and I inform you.

I have had the same problem. I confirm that we must be logged in to the quest is valid.
