Cannot reproduce Bought KP not counting

Quest title: Quest 36: Buy 14 Knowledge Points

Current situation:
I went to use goods to purchase KP and although goods disappeared from my stock no kp was added to the bar nor did the quest recognise that I had purchased kp.

Expected situation:
When buying kp with goods my goods stock should decrease whilst cost of next kp increases and kp should be added to my kp bar and be counted toward quests for purchasing kp.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open KP bar by tapping the plus button
2. Tap on the button next to T3 goods
3. T3 goods level decreases and cost of next kp increases but kp doesnt show in kp bar or questline.
4. Tap on button next to T2 goods and get same result
5. Tap on button next to T1 goods and get the same result
6. Tapped on coin button to check if its working and same result.

I checked this issue out on pc and it does NOT happen so is mobile only.

Hi @mythandry, thanks for reporting that, we'll investigate it! Hope to have news for you soon, but in the meanwhile I can reassure you that all 14 kps you bought were properly credited as soon as resources were deducted.

Did someone else experience this, or are you still experiencing it? So far nobody was able to reproduce it, it does lag sometimes for a sec but it gets back okay.
