After first training you have to click twice, why not one ?

I think you first select the unit you want to train and then you click to actually train them..

Thats because you could also train just a specific number. But to be honest .... everyone is always training the full possible number right? Maybe they can delete that feature. No one will probably train just 2 swordsman ...

I indeed do this sometimes, if they are the last needed to complete a quest...
But this wouldn't be harmed, if there is shown a train button for every unit type, everytime you visit the barracks (if there is a free training slot).

Edit: There would be a need to adjust the bottom bar on mouse movement.

I sometimes just train a few of them.. mostly when i need to complete a specific quest.. it doesn't happen often though..
