Duplicate barrack got stuck

Quest title: independet of quest (if applicable)

Current situation:
2 units got stuck while training. No chance to delete training, no chance to level barrack.

Reproduction Steps
1. try to delete troop to be trained or
2. try to level barrack

It was already reported here, so I will mark this as a duplicate.
You might wanne look up the other thread for @Brummbaer s workaround, to get the barracks working again, until this issue is fixed.
