I wanted to ask you guys what this does. More damage, life, movement...? Do you think it's worthy to delay production of 2nd tier goods to get this?

I'm kind of a warrior, btw, as in I take my provinces fighting.

Its about 15-20% better version of the original. Nothing special. Ohh and i think it gets bonus dmg against heavy units now.
