Fixed [9317] Small error research tier 3 production boost

Just before phase IV in the reasearch tree, you get to research the increase in production for your third tier boosted good. It's supposed to say (in my case) 'Magic Dust Production Boost' but in stead it says 'magic_dust Production Boost'. To my layman's eyes it looks like a tiny mistake in the formatting of the copied personalised info into the standard research tree text.

It's fine in both my cities on the en. server btw.
