Done button button not showing when returning from world map or research screen while in move mode

Done button to show or move mode to be cancelled
Reproduction Steps
1. Click on move icon
2. Press keyboard shortcut keys 'W' or 'R' to go to worldmap or research screen
3. Return to your city
4. Notice the 'done' button is not showing but you are still in move mode and unable to cancel
