Fixed [8798] Dwarven Quests after selling Dwarven Portal

Maybe changing quest image from dwarves to faeries should be taken into account?

This quest should indeed not be a bug, or unwanted, if you read the whole text you'll see it fits perfectly in the story.
The dwarfs left our cities, because they can't get along very well with fairies, but the quest-giver was nearby, so he comes by for a short visit.
Being involved with fairies doesn't mean that the dwarfs don't like us now :)
