I got an expansion by conquering territories ... I can not put this expansion ... there is no place for it ... it was not planned new areas ... it's normal ?????
Sorry i'm french my english it's not very good.

For Your Information, I will soon have two more in research ... expansion 28 and 29 ... or where can I put these expansions?

Space for expansions will be added later. We should've been able to place them already, but apparently something went wrong. Just wait a week (or two, but I hope they'll hotfix it).
