Game version: __ v0.35.3-(c5f36cd) (2016-02-02 17:59)
Game world:
__ zz
Browser + version: __ Firefox for Mac v44.0
Flash Player version: __ 20.0.0.286
Operating System: __ OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
Screen resolution: __ 1920 x 1200
Account name: __ NormaJeane
Humans or Elves: __ Humans

Reproducibility: __ 4/5 = happens often, but not always

Quest title: __ (if applicable)

Current situation:
__ The Power of Provision Spell often doesn't work when I cast it on my workshops. I have been experiencing this for a few days now. I tried to rearrange my workshops, but that doesn't help. Today I casted 11 spells on my 9 workshops, with a result of 4 workshops increasing the production and showing the spell being active. All spells were deducted from my inventory.

__ Something else I noted is that very often the Magic Academy will reward me with 2 spells instead of the one expected. Maybe some are phantom spells?

Clearing cache, restarting browser etc, did not help.

Expected situation:
__ This spell should always increase the production of a workshop.
__ The Magis Academy should produce 1 spell at a time instead of 2.
__
Reproduction Steps
1.
__ Cast the PoP spell on any workshop on my human account.
2. __ Produce a PoP spell in my Magic Academy on my human account.
3. __
4. __
5. __

Today I collected two PoP spells at once too.
Can't say anything to the other points, because i didn't used a spell so far.

This is indeed true: when you start production of a spell on day 1 and then collect it on day 2, you will get 2 spells (this is a bug), and only one of these is functional (so the bug kind of "fixes itself"? :p). Either way, this is broken and we can confirm this, thanks for the report. :)
