Fixed [8336] City will not load correctly

Reproducibility: 5/5 but it looks different every time

Current situation:
After game update, when I load game my city doesn't load correctly. I have refreshed 3 times, different buildings load each time. At best, the roads look odd. See picture.

Expected situation:
I should be able to see all buildings and roads.

Having the same issue ...half my city buildings including the Main Hall has gone completely missing ... Don't think its only a graphical issue as I am not able to collect from the empty spaces where my building used to stand before...

I just had my session expired, and when reloading, part of my city was missing.
it went back to normal after another reload, but when visiting a fellow, his city was not loading entirely and buildings that are not displayed do not even have a popup to identify them : just empty spaces where I know that there are buildings
