Fixed [7811] AW Upgrade Tooltip

0.31.2622-v0.31-rc2-(staging) (2015-12-09 14:41) appears to have a broken AW Tooltip link.
When upgrading for levels 2-5, the tooltip should indicate that Knowledge points are still needed in order to complete the level.

sorry for creating the second thread. I entered "object researchphase" in the search engine and it didn't come up with anything. so I thought that it wasn't reported yet.
