Current situation:
When clicking on player names on the notification window, regardless of whether they are just neighbours or members in your own fellowship, the "invite" option appears in the menu. I tested and did indeed invite an already member of my fellowship! Cancelled his invitation later from the "aspirants" tab.

Expected situation:
- I don't know about others but an already member of one's own fellowship should not have the "invite" option

Reproduction Steps
1. Open the notification window
2. Click on any player name that is listed there
3. Observe the third option in the menu
