Fixed [7102] Scrollbar in fellowship description jumps from left to right

When I look up fellowships with a long description, so there is a scrollbar, the scrollbar is on the left at first, but then it jumps to the right (sometimes already mouseover triggers it, sometimes i can scroll to the bottom before the "jump")

I think it should be all the time on one side.

Jup, same here. You can try with Number 1 fellowship in rankings and see for yourself.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I agree it should be one constant behavior instead of changing from one side to another. We have passed along this information.
