Fixed [6267] Supply icon is grey if coin storage is full

Today I realized that the "Hammer and Wrench" symbol for finished supply productions gets greyed out, when the coin storage is full, even if there is place in the supply storage.
The supplies can still be collected though.

Expected behavior: Only coin symbols should be greyed out.

Reproduction: Get full coin storage and look at supply symbols also getting greyed out.
