Fixed [4519] Unable to access town hall with full coin storage

I am unable to access the town halls sub menu.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Have full coin capacity
2) Have someone donate coins to your town hall
3) Unable to access town hall

Link is unable to show that i am unable to access the town hall but shows all the other information.

I know if i spend coins this will work again however i feel this is a bug.
