Current situation:
__ With 1 vallorian dragon tower + 6 vallorian workshop + 6 workshop of diabhal, the required prosperity is 678 (600 + 6x8 + 6x5)
__ The settlement production boost shown is 136% and prosperity factor contribution is 112% (other contribution is AW bonus of 24%)

Expected situation:
__ Assumed that the prosperity factor is required_prosperity / base_prosperity, its value should be 113% and not 112% (as 678/600 = 1,13), thus the production boost 137% (instead of 136%)
