Current situation:
Bronze shovel remains on screen after I've collected it.
If I refresh the browser then it clears.

Expected situation:
Bronze shovel to disappear after collection.

Yes, me.
It happens when I'm online but AFK and than try to collect a shovel, sometimes the shovel remain visible till the screen is refreshed by reload or visiting a city or go to Spire or world map. After this the shovel is disappeared.

In addition: Often it requires a reload to make new shovels appear around the city

I have experienced the same issue... It's identical to the previous event where chef's hats sometimes were 'sticking' after collecting.. as then, the shovels always disappear after a refresh so it is not a real problem, just visually annoying...

It is not a real bug, because in beta there are multiple deployments per day, sometimes you have to reload for that to be fixed.

Doubt that's related to deployments. Reload is forced on the first server request after such deployment, so you won't get currency collected and receive a message about session timeout instead.

FYI, it happens also on live servers, so I also doubt it's specific to beta/deployments. Hats were stuck on the screen and refresh was needed.
