news indicator about upcoming event comes back after every indicators update

Expected situation:
no "new news" indicator after reading it once

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open game. Notice new event news indicator
2. Open news. Notice indicator has gone
3. Open notifications
4. Notice indicator is back again
