Fixed [42884] health and strength increase effects are not shown after today's update

Strength and health increase effects are not shown in UI anymore

Expected situation:
Effects are shown

Reproduction Steps:
1. have some strength/health increase effect active (either AW or expiring building or cauldron)
2. open unit information window
3. check attack/health values and tooltips
4. notice only regular values there


Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

yes, my troops don't show buff effects either.

Neither those of the Dwarven Armorer, or those of the Enlightend Light Range, or those of the Magnificient Mage Multipler, or those of the Unleashed Unit Upgrade, or those of the Fire Phoenix, nor those of the various Ancient Wonders.

The Generals Mayhem Effects from the Academy are displayed.

The Twilight Phoenix and Polar Bear effects work flawlessly.

Effects are actually there, I can see them in raw data sent from server. Just a visual bug.
