Fixed [4220] Research the Planks Manufactory - Wrong Description (Quest)

Current : Description for Quest - "Research the Planks Manufactory" is shown as "unlock marble manufactory" instead of unlock Planks manufactory, but when hovering over ? icon, it's correctly shown as Planks (Damn I just read the description and after researching, realised that I was fooled)

Expected : Description should be as "Unlock Planks Manufactory"

I can confirm that. And you need to research the Planks Manufactory to finish the quest.
