Fixed [38924] Trader has wrong cost for goods for main hall level 43

This is a picture of the exchanging goods for when the blooming trader guild is level 30 or higher where you are supposed to get back what it costs for the first goods trade. This is when the main hall is level 43.

The t3 goods cost should be 40,000 for 40,000, not 41,000 for 40,000.
