__Players with the title "fellow" can;t see the help info thing in the corner
__

Expected situation:
__everyone should be able to see

Reproduction Steps
1. change rank to fellow
2.refresh
3. open perks tab
4. see missing [?]

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
