Fixed [38103] Incorrect refresh of training queue

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
When you use time boosters on training, first slot is not refreshed and show old unit and either old time or full slot training time.
It turns back to correct unit/time if you add more troops to queue.

Expected situation:
Correct information.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Fill in training queue with different units
2. Use time booster that would finish training of more than one slot
3. Notice incorrect time left and unit type in first slot
4. Add more troops
5. Notice unit type and time left in first slot changed


Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

It is more messed up than just that. If you had completed all the queues, so that it was empty, and then started all new troops, the first one you start is invisible and does not show up until you add a 2nd stack to train.

Then first slot refresh is bugged regardless of the way it should be changed, by instants or by adding troops there.

These problems are also affecting the crafting queue as well. It looks like anything were we can queue up multiple productions at one time has the same bug/glitch.
