Won't fix [34805] Texts in tooltips shift after approx. 1 second

Current situation:
Some texts in tooltips moves after 1s, while others dont

Expected:
Text in tooltips shouldnt move, it should act as compact window

Reproduction steps:
1. hover over any buidling with mouse pointer
2. let tooltip to appear
3. observe that after 1 second, some texts in that tooltips moves up while others dont

This issue was discussed and we currently don't see the need to act on this issue as complexity and solution heavily outweigh the benefit of fixing it. Therefore we will now archive this bug report thread as such.
