Fixed [34328] Winter magic - reveal two and double reward are not usable

Current situation:
Reveal two and double reward are not usable after reshuffling board and while both powers has enough charges

Expected:
Reveal two and double reward should be usable everytime they have enough charges

Reproduction steps:
1. Get enough charges for reveal two and double reward
2. click on Reshuffle button
3. after board changes, observe that both powers are unusable until you open atleast 1 postal box

It appears to be useable in the mobile version.

On mobile app, I can’t use the reshuffle after opening one item on the shuffle board.

Please ignore the weird May Celebrations event icons, I’ve already reported that. Point here is that the shuffle button doesn’t appear clickable (greyed out), where the magnifying glass does appear clickable.
I’ve tried clicking the greyed out “use” button of the shuffle, nothing happens.
