Current situation:
While being on the world map tournament provinces which are on cooldown can be shortened by time boosters or diamonds, but diamond cost doesnt update if you wait there for some minites, and asks for more diamonds then intended.
Expected:
Diamond cost for skipping cooldown on tournament province should be updated same way as time over time booster button
Reproduction steps:
1. open world map
2. have some tournament provinces on cooldown
3. observe time and diamond cost over them
4. wait for few minutes
5. observe that time was shortened but diamond cost wasnt
6. click on diamond button to skip time
7. observe that in fact it asks for more diamonds then intedned
8. enter city
9. enter world map
10. observe that diamond cost got properly updated
