Tournament province on cooldown is misaligned inside hexagon. Once coodwon wear off image is moved to proper place

Expected:
Proper alignment of tournament province on cooldown

2. observe tournament province on cooldown
3. observe tournament province without cooldown

Both seem misplaced to me though, in different ways. Completed province looks like centered. I think that's the correct one.
