Current situation:
While Balloons moves up and down, every second frame from animation they are constantly cut off from top and bottom, and frame after it they reappear, some frames they are cut off from sides aswell, its too much visual noise for my taste

2. observe carefully animation of balloons being cut off/on evey other frame
