Current situation:
when I read messages on IPhone or my android phone
very often I can't read the last line in the messages.
It is OK if I use Ipad for the same massages.
On Ipad there may be more text on a line.
I don't know if that's what makes the last line hover at the bottom when it's Iphone and an android mobile

To see all text also the last line when I use IPhone or android mobile.

3. Can't see the last line on messages.
