Confirmed; on chapter XV Dwarven armorer gives 150% health, while in chapter XVI only 100%.

Last week I have used the Dwarven Armorer and it works fine.
Additional Information: the Armorer was collected in Chapter 15 not in Chapter 16
Is there a different behavior or after the update the same??

if you have got DA in chapter 15 it should work, stats for chapter 16 doesnt exist so it doesnt work
