Won't fix [31395] Spire - Button to show fellowship progress doesnt always works

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
Button to show fellowship progress in spire doesnt always works or works differently then intended

Expected:
Button for showing progress should work all the time

Reproduction steps:
1. Open spire
2. Click on green button on left side to show fellowship progress, dont release mouse button
3. move mouse pointer away from button and release it while away from button
4. move mouse pointer over button and click it
5. observe nothing happened
6. click for the second time, fellowship progress shows
7. While progress tab is opened, click on green button again and drag mouse pointer away from button to release it
7.1 Optional: scroll progress tab to the top or bottom
8. move mouse pointer over button and click it once
9. observe that progress tab is not hidden
9.1 optional: if you have scrolled progress tab to different location, then after first click it will reset to original location
10. Click it for second time, progress tab hide out

This issue was discussed and we currently don't see the need to act on this issue as complexity and solution heavily outweigh the benefit of fixing it. Therefore we will now archive this bug report thread as such.
